T1 Mature flowering cherry (Prunus species) - Fell the flowering cherry tree to ground level. The stump will be ground out where practical to allow the area to be replanted or managed as part of the garden T2 Mixed evergreen shrubs including cherry laurel - Reduce the height of the evergreen shrubs including cherry laurel along the rear boundary by approximately 2-3 metres and thin the vegetation to reduce density and improve light penetration within the garden. The shrubs will then be maintained at a lower height as part of ongoing garden management

This will reduce the likelihood of future failures. Remove major deadwood over 40mm in diameter. Crown lift to 2.5m over footpath and 5.5m over road.
