We respectfully request permission to carefully section fell a conifer in the right-hand corner of the garden, as this tree has outgrown the garden, and is blocking out the light, damaging the lawn, whilst overhanging the pavement to the side causing a mess on this and parked cars. Furthermore, the homeowner has an autistic child who likes to climb objects and the tree presents a risk in that the child may climb and get stuck or fall from the tree. To mitigate the loss of the tree, we recommend a smaller, more suitable replacement tree (e.g. betula pendula).
