T23 Purple Norway Maple (see 08394 Tree Location Schedule) - remove because there are several large surface roots growing against the adjacent property, 8 Hardwick Green. Several cracks are apparent within the masonry close to these roots. (See Photographs 2 to 9 in the accompanying arboricultural report.) It is proposed to plant a replacement tree of the same species within 5 meters from the original tree.
