They are greatly overhanging the property and have a 15degree lean whilst growing from a gradient embankment. I am applying to have them removed as they have the potential to uproot in high wind storms and have the highest chance of it being on top of the property. Also they have shed multiple limbs onto the communal outside seating area of which I've attached a photo from when I went to quote the job.
