The tree itself has way outgrown its surroundings severely shading the bungalow + windows of the large white building next door, some neighbours sitting in complete darkness for the past few years. Last year builders where required to repair garage flooring due to root damage which I'm sure will only happen again/get worse with time. Removing the tree will also give the Silver birch next it to chance to flourish, this tree is situated in a much better location and also is slower growing/allows Alot more light through.
