Proposal
T1 - Ornamental Cherry (Prunus sp.) Rear garden, adjacent to brick outbuilding. Approx. 8-9m high, crown spread approx. 10m. Crown reduce by up to 2m in height and lateral spread to suitable growth points, retaining a balanced natural shape. Crown lift to approx. 3m above ground level over the lawn, removing low, heavily overhanging limbs. Remove deadwood. All cuts to BS 3998:2010. Reason: tree has outgrown its space; excessive overhang and shading of the garden and outbuilding. T2 - Silver Birch (Betula pendula) Rear garden, border adjacent to [rear/side] boundary fence. Approx. 15m high. Light crown reduction of up to 1.5m in height and spread to shape. Remove deadwood and any crossing or rubbing branches. All cuts to BS 3998:2010. Reason: routine maintenance. T3 - Conifer (Cypress, Chamaecyparis / Cuprocyparis sp.) Side garden, adjacent to timber shed. Approx. 11m high. Reduce height by approx. 3m to a finished height of approx. 8m. Trim and shape the sides, keeping within the green foliage. Reason: excessive height; shading of house and garden.

Removal of Lime Trees T1, T2, T4 and T6 due to close proximity to buildings and risk to property (Previous permissions for T2, T4 and T6 Granted in 2017 however only T3 and T5 removed at that time and planning now expired) Significant concerns re proximity of trees to property resulting in foundation damage and roof damage in high winds. Trunk thickness of T4 and T6 also likely to outgrow current restrictive location.

Tree 1. Fagus sylvatica, European beech - listed as EB on planning map Tree 2. Pinus sylvestris, Scots pine - listed as SP on planning map Tree 1. We would like to raise the crown of this tree up to 3.5m to allow more light into the garden and create useable space beneath the tree. Tree 2. The Scots pine belongs to my client's neighbour. I have spoken to the neighbour and they are happy for this work to be done. We would like to remove a single branch which reaches over my customers garden. The branch to remove hovers just over the 6ft fence and is currently close to touching the ground.
