The tree (T2 in the sketch) is a Lime tree covered by TPO155 protected by the City of Nottingham (Wollaton No.1) TPO 1982. There are two TPO trees in my back garden. This application only applies to the Lime tree T2. The new growth on the trunk has been significant this year, so I would like to remove the new thin branches from the lower part of the trunk to allow more space and light in my garden and also in my neighbour's garden.

T2 Oak - remove T3 Oak - remove The tree works are proposed to stop the influence of the tree(s) on the soil below building foundation level and provide long term stability. Estimated costs of repair to the building are ?120,000.00 if the influence of the tree(s) remain and ?14,180.00 if the proposed tree works are allowed to proceed. Granting permission will limit these costs. In the event of a refusal we, or our clients, will seek to secure compensation for the additional costs incurred through Section 202(e). Should the tree/s remain the total cost of repairs will be the Superstructural repairs + Alternative method of repairs = ?134,180.00 It is the expert opinion of both the case engineer and arboriculturalist that on the balance of probabilities the supporting information demonstrates the influence of the tree(s). Note: Further monitoring results may be submitted if these become available during the course of this application.

This application is to reduce the height and width of the horse chestnut tree in my garden. 1) crown reduction as marked on submitted photos 2) 2 mtr reduction on east branches that overhang neighbouring property at No 72 Lambourne drive 3) 2 mtr reduction on west branches to maintain overall shape 4) 1.5 metre taken off lower hanging branches (branches just above head height...bottom canopy ?) Sketch plan (1) shows position of tree regarding neighbours house. I also attach photos of the tree from my garden showing the overall size and also one along the fenceline showing the overhang to the garden at No 72

A lime tree is on the Old Coach Road at the rear of our house (63 Lambourne Drive). We have previously applied and been granted permission to reduce the tree by 20% (16/01579/PTPO _ June 2016). This application is a request for permission to do the same again as it has grown substantially during the time, overhanging our garden, which is very close to the house and significantly reducing the light into the garden and house. Many thanks ?
