Proposal

Tree: One mature Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) located in the rear garden adjacent to the rear boundary wall. Proposed works: Complete removal (fell to ground level). Reason for the works: The sycamore has grown to approximately the height of the main house and is becoming increasingly constrained by a larger tree located behind it. As a result, it has developed a noticeable lean towards the dwelling as it grows towards available light. The tree is now in close proximity to the property, and we are concerned that as it continues to mature the lean and its size will increase the risk of conflict with the house and create an ongoing safety and maintenance issue. The proposed removal is intended to prevent future problems and to improve the long-term management of the garden.
