  Tree: One mature Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus) located in the rear garden adjacent to the rear boundary wall. Proposed works: Complete removal (fell to ground level). Reason for the works: The sycamore has grown to approximately the height of the main house and is becoming increasingly constrained by a larger tree located behind it. As a result, it has developed a noticeable lean towards the dwelling as it grows towards available light.
