The tree has reached a size it is getting close to the house at neighbouring property no' 7, it blocks light for no' 7&9 and is severely overshadowing the growth of better specimens, (Trees 3&4). Trees 3 & 4. Cherry. (growing closely together, crowns to be treated as one tree) Due to the overshadowing vigorous growth of T2, the tree's crown has grown sprawling and leggy. Reason for Works The tree is exhibiting significant structural defects and decay, including: Evidence of substantial basal decay associated with fungal activity (Pholiota spp.).
