Awaiting decision Nottingham 24/01060/PWC Works to trees in Conservation Areas

Works: Trees

Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.

Proposal

The tree is a Monkey Puzzle Tree, which is the height of the house. Tree is 1 on the sketch plan, on Grosvenor Avenue. The tree has been dying since late 2022, and a local tree surgeon has visited the house a couple of times in the last 6 months to flag that it's an issue and we should get it removed (safely) before there's a risk of it falling into the house.
