Works: Trees
Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.
Proposal
Tree A on the plan is a Holly Tree, It has been a long time since we last did anything to this tree and it is getting far too big and needs pruning and re-shaping again. The tree is directly adjacent to the wall and houses with roots that will clearly undermine foundations. We would like to reduce its height by 2/3. Tree D is a Eucalyptus tree that we planted, we were assured that it was a miniature tree. However, it has now grown so large that in high winds it risks knocking down the original wall between the gardens of 16 & 18 Ebury Road, the roots are now starting to lift the landscaping we had done in the lower half of the garden. We would like to remove this tree. Tree G is a lime tree that needs pollarding again.
