Proposal

The tree location is shown in the sketch and has been viewed directly by the Nottingham City Council Tree Officer. We believe this is a Robinia Tree and that a TPO is not suitable due to the actionable nuisance of the damage to the wall. We are concerned about further collapse, with potential harm (including to animals, children or pets) - and are therefore keen to progress as quickly as reasonably possible. The advice from Kent Services, is that the tree should be felled completely, in order to avoid future collapse given the position of the roots and potential for vigorous regrowth of the roots if only part of the tree is felled - in which case the situation may be worse even than previous. Therefore we are asking for permission to completely fell the Robinia tree.
