Proposal

X1 Mature Oak, which sits within NTU boundary. The adjacent property 5 Allwood Grove, Clifton Village is positioned roughly 10 metres north of the property. This property has been in dialogue about and shared documentation concerning vegetation along this boundary and their concerns the impact of this maybe having on their drains/foundations. They've recently undertaken some works to reline the drains and the LA tree officer (Shaun Phillips) visited site with myself and the neighbour to seek further clarity. Our works schedule is due to include vegetation/scrub removal along the fence line - although we are now seeking LA consent to reduce branches to maintain a clearance of 2.5m from the property and crown thin the Oak by up 20% plus the removal of any deadwood to improve light circulation to the property and ground vegetation.
