Group G70 on FPCR tree survey extract. As discussed with NCC Tree Officer 25/04/2022 the works are required to upgrade NTU underground sewer which is in poor condition. NTU require to form two manholes chambers within close proximity to Lime and Field Maple trees within the group. The location has been marked out on site by pegs painted red. This will form the connection for the new sewers. The pipework that runs beneath this group of trees will be retained, root cut, and relined to enable discharges from the Clifton Campus to Statutory Authorities Drainage Network. This reusing of the existing pipework beneath the trees group will minimise the impact to this tree group. While the excavation will be formed working from the outside up to the trees it is anticipated that excavation for the chambers will require cutting of main roots do to there close proximity both a Field Maple and a Lime Tree Trunk. Baker Associates will oversee the work and have advised that the closest trees to these excavations one being a Lime and one a Field Maple will require to reduced to stumps or removed entirely, If main roots are impacted the adjacent Field Maple or Lime slightly further away it is hoped that lopping of trees will be sufficient to allow them to be retained and regrow. The works to this location will be overseen by Baker Associates Ecologists.

General close mix/group of native specimens with a few branches overhanging into the garden of neighbouring property at 22 Village Rd, Clifton Village The resident has recently expressed concern of windblown debris dispatching into the garden. Reduce the length of branches clear the overhang from NTU fence line up to 2-3 metres (including the removal of any deadwood)

X1 Mature Oak, which sits within NTU boundary. The adjacent property 5 Allwood Grove, Clifton Village is positioned roughly 10 metres north of the property. This property has been in dialogue about and shared documentation concerning vegetation along this boundary and their concerns the impact of this maybe having on their drains/foundations. They've recently undertaken some works to reline the drains and the LA tree officer (Shaun Phillips) visited site with myself and the neighbour to seek further clarity. Our works schedule is due to include vegetation/scrub removal along the fence line - although we are now seeking LA consent to reduce branches to maintain a clearance of 2.5m from the property and crown thin the Oak by up 20% plus the removal of any deadwood to improve light circulation to the property and ground vegetation.
