Large oak tree encroaching onto the building, lamp posts, beer garden and parking bays risking structural damage and vehicle damage. To remove the epicormic growth form the lower stem of the oak and will then uplift the entire crown to approximately 3.5m while ensuring the natural shape of the tree is maintained, to remove all encroachment and onto the building and lamp posts and into the car park.
