Reduce canopy to the southwest to allow a 1m clearance from underpass structure; T9 Cotoneaster: Maintain a crown ground clearance of 3.5m over footpath. Reduce the canopy to the east to allow a 1.5m clearance from adjacent building; T14 Silver Birch: Clean out the crown of all deadwood, crossing and suppressed branches; T19 Indian Bean Tree: Raise the lower canopy to the south and west to allow a ground clearance of 3.5m. Remove split branch in west side of lower crown.
