Involving stripping existing slates, batten, roof felt and soakers, and a provision of new roof structure, relaying existing slates and replacements where required. New battens and breathable membrane, re-bedding of existing water tables and ridge tiles. Replacement of lead aprons, soakers and flashing and repair/replacement of roof spars. Sloping roof insulation to be upgraded with Kingspan type.
