T482, T484, T486, T488, T489 require pruning back to old points on the low crown south to improve clearance over the access road to the cul-de-sac. (removal of approx 3m) In addition: T482 Pruning to old points to eliminate direct contact with the property to the south west T483: Reduce the height and spread of North Stem by 3m and 2m respectively to reduce end loading T487: Remove NE Stem (in terminal decline), and selective branch removal on south west stem to reduce end loading
