Proposal

Demolish porch. Single-storey rear extension to south and west elevations, with window alteration to create new doorway access to living area. New side entrance to the east elevation. Reinstatement of historic ground floor openings with timber bi-fold doors. New window and Juliette balcony to first floor south elevation. Replace uPVC windows with wooden painted casement windows. Internal alterations: Enlarge downstairs cloakroom, create new utility/boot room; widen doorway access to library from hallway. Reduction of floor level to south end of living area with new half step staircase to cellar. Reduce bedrooms from 4 to 3, to provide dressing areas and new ensuite bathrooms. Reduction of northern boundary wall height.
