Planning application
Washwell Lane / Clay Dick Weekley
Still open. Anyone can comment while the consultation period runs, and comments go to the council rather than to us.
Proposal
G1 Aspen at Washwell Lane - remove due to instability as a result of age, growing conditions and affects of Poplar Hornet Moth. Area to be restocked with native shrubs. Work to take place during autumn and winter to avoid bird nesting season; G2 Ash at Clay Dick - remove from 3-4m of total width of cpt. To maintain levels of access along PROW and create a graded woodland edge via natural regeneration of native shrubs for the benefit of the Wood White butterfly and wider ecology
