Loft conversion, installation of 11no. rooflights, remove pantry wall in kitchen, first floor refurbishment to include removal of two sets of cupboard doors and infill openings with stud walls, remove 1940s doors, strip out bathroom and remove wall to create link between two parts of the building, create 2no. bathrooms, create stairs to upper level, insert a balustrade at the top of the newel staircase, replace broken plaster floor with wood finish, remove fireplaces, repoint chimneys, repair flaunching to pots, replace roof tiles with reclaimed slate, replace lead flashings and parapet copings to be repaired as required, replace plastic rainwater goods with UPVC and replace external timber doors with like for like
