Complaints from neighbours at length of branches - touching windows/blocking light. Leaves cause blockages on roof and in downpipes from roof in winter and wet weather. Leaves blocking drainage in garden. Leaves causing slippery pedestrian pathways on street and driveway in winter and wet weather. Part of main trunk to remain and used as a carved feature piece.
