Proposal
T1 Sycamore: Reduce canopy height from 19m leaving a height of 15m. Reduce canopy radius from 5m to 2.5 from the main stem cutting back to viable secondary growth points. Tree itself is over powering the small garden. Pigeons are constantly creating mess on the patio. T2 Sycamore: Reduce canopy height from 19m leaving a height of 15m. Reduce canopy radius from 7m to 4m from the main stem cutting back to viable secondary growth points. Tree itself is over powering the small garden. Pigeons are constantly creating mess on the patio. Aim is to create both trees into one smaller canopy. T3 Sycamore: Remove the first branch back to the main stem. The branch is no getting close to property so by removing it would give a good clearance. T4 Sycamore: Remove the first branch back to the main stem. The branch is no getting close to property so by removing it would give a good clearance.

Trees T.1(sycamore), T.2 (horse chestnut) and T.3 (sycamore) are growing over a neighbouring property (132 Waltham Road) causing excessive shading and sap dropping onto the roof of the house. The reDsult is that the neighbour is suffering large amounts of moss on the roof and the roof requires professional cleaning. Permission is sought to prune the overhanging branches to allow 2 metre clearance away from the roof. Tree T.11 (cedar) is growing over the roof of 156 Waltham Road, causing cedar needles to drop into the gutter and block the drainage of water. Permission is sought to prune the overhanging branches to allow a 2 metre clearance away from the roof.

T.51 -Acer pseudoplatanus (Sycamore): Tree has become largely overgrown to our garden, we have spoken with a tree surgen who says there are 4 main branches to remove which have become overgrown, two at the bottom, head height, 1 in the middle and 1 to the top, they said the tree will keep its natural shape, but will be tidied up a bit to make nicer and allow more light in.
