Planning application

9 Welholme Road Grimsby North East Lincolnshire DN32 0DT

Granted North East Lincolnshire DM/0080/26/TCA Trees

Works: Trees

Permission granted. Work must normally begin within three years of the decision or the permission lapses.

Proposal

T1 Magnolia: Reduce the height from 9m to 8m and leaving a canopy radius from 5m to 4m from the main stem. This will be achieved by this reduction. Tree is touching the property and has some over extending branches which are catching the wind. G1 Yews: Given owners property and neighbouring property a clearance of 1m. The Yews are touching both properties. G2 Yews: canopy raise over footpath and highway to recommended height of 5.2m to clear oncoming traffic.
