Proposal

1. Sycamore and Lime on eastern boundary: Dismantle both tree to ground level.Reason: root collars are damaging the boundary wall and gate pillars which now require rebuilding. Lime is also uplifting footpath to back door.2. Pollard Jananese Cherry 'Amanogawa' in main lawn: FellReason: disfigured small tree, avaliable space will be overtaken by adjacent Magnolia.3. Sycamore inside northen boundary: FellReason: Competing with equally good Norway maple and will begin to affect mature purple beech at the north-east corner of garden.4. Yew group beside fornt gate and path: Tree opposite bay window - Reduce crown by 1.5m all round, reshaping to suitable secondary shoots. Tree beside front gate - Lift crown to 2.5m above pavement and reduce/reshape crown by 1m all round.Golden yew beside front lawn - lightly reshape south-east quarter of crown by 0.5m as necessary to improve appearence. Reason - Allow better access of daylight to bay window, clear heads of pedestrians using pavement and generally improve appearence of trees.
