Proposal

T1 - Walnut - pollard back to previous pollard knuckles. The tree is too close to the property and causing nuisance with the property and blocking light. The tree has developed a lean in the main stem and the ground around it has started to rise so indicating its roots are starting to fail, the removal of the weight from the pollard will extents its safe life span.
