Proposal
Installation of Rooftop Solar Panels on 1 storey attached outbuilding roof and 2 storey front roof of main dwelling, rear roof has been deemed unsuitable for solar. Both roofs are highway facing but property is built well above above this mitigating visual impact. There is also partial screening by hedging as further mitigation. No public viewpoints overlook the property. Panels to be of all black type to blend with existing synthetic slate roofs and will be removable for when they are no longer required. I am aware that this is usually permitted development but seek a Lawful Development Certificate to be sure due to property location in Wye Valley National Landscape.
