Planning application
24 Fayre Oaks Raglan Monmouthshire NP15 2HA
Works: Trees
Permission granted. Work must normally begin within five years of the decision or the permission lapses.
Proposal
T48, Oak - (front garden of property) - reduce whole crown by 2.0-3.0 metres from branch tips. Remove epicormic growth on main trunk, to crown break / bole. Leave with a balanced crown and tidy shape. To improve light levels and clearance to, rooms in host properties building, adjacent garden and driveway areas beneath. Reduce lever arm on a number of extended laterals and reduce the ?wind sail? affect on the tree with consideration of the trees proximity to both the host, and neighbouring properties buildings.
