Discharge of Condition relationg to planning decision (DM/2019/00679) Condition 08.10.11.13 Refer to drawing 263_ 263 Furnace Farm Milking Parlour External Lighting Plan. Condition 10. The ground levels in the area adjacent to the neighbours boundary are to be maintained as existing, removing the need for the retaining wall as originally shown in the proposed layout plan. The cill height of the existing opening in this corner of the building will be maintained. Condition 11. Construction Traffic Management Plan - refer to document by Highgate Transportation - dated June 2024. Ref: 2437 CTMP01A Furnace Farm Construction TMP[52] Condition 13. Surface water and foul drainage detailed plans have been approved by Building Control at MCC, following a meeting on site and issuing of drawing for their approval. Attached is the covering email confirming acceptance of the design from building control officer Nick Alfieri dated 17.10.24 and drawing 263_ 211 Furnace Farm Milking Parlour Site Drainage Plan Rev.C referenced.
