Proposal

Crown lift 24 Cypress trees over the parking area to approximately 12 foot and hedge trim the remaining back hard. Remove and reduce branches of 12 Leyland Cypress trees overhanging the reception office cabin up to approximately 8 metres in height. All branches to be reduced back to the unit boundary line. All branches above 8 metres to be left. Prune and reduce all branches of 8 Sycamore trees overhanging the north easterly carpark and reception area back to reasonable grown points. All trees are within the G6 TPO area.
