Tree 1 (Syacamore) - 30% crown reduction to just below top of adjacent Yew tree to achieve: bank integrity, biodiversity gain, management of green infrastructure corridor to north east of larger pond. Tree 2 (Magnolia) - forked trunk just above ground level has a water trap and is susceptible to fail: managing the weight on the secondary trunk will reduce the risk of failure and loss of 40% of the tree.
