T1 Mature Oak Tree. This tree has signs of gradual root heave. Has a large wound at the base indicating heart rot. Has a large amount of die back and dead wood within the canopy with old pruning cuts showing no signs of retrenchment growth. Has a depleted foliage. the main weight of the bias of the tree is heavily over the play park deeming it unsafe. To be removed to ground level and to replant another oak tree within the same area.
