Variation of condition 2 of approved planning permission MO/2024/1845/PLA for proposed single storey infills and rear extensions to the Fortyfoot Hall. Provision of a veranda and a replacement ramp leading to the garden. Creation of a side gate along western boundary to facilitate refuse collection to allow 2 No. rooflights added at the lobby entrance, entrance projection canopy material change from copper to timber cladding, parapet height to the front infill reduced from the approved height of 3.3m to 3m, accessway to store replace with a window (East elevation), existing North elevation building to be clad, parapet height of the rear (west) extension (new kitchen)increased from 3.5m to 3.8m, parapet height of the rear extension (new sensor room) increased from 3.1m to 3.5m, ramp/veranda space mirrored and wider window introduced to the new kitchen.
