Linden Pit Path: demolition of the estates office, workshop and storage buildings, modified loading bay to rear of dining hall, to create off-street servicing area, erection of new timber enclosure refuse store, installation of new sliding gate to entrance on Linden Pit Path to allow removal of demolition works from the definition of above ground works.
