Proposal

Refurbish the existing steel units. This will involve removing existing wooden floors, installing insulation and replacing the flooring with a non-slip surface. We will renew toilets, shower cubicles as required. We will replace current lighting with efficient led lighting and install additional electrical sockets. The existing gas boiler will be serviced and repaired as necessary. The external walls will be repaired and repainted as needed. This work is all part of the conditions of our recent lease agreement with MUDC.
