Proposal
Application for works to trees in a Conservation Area - Oak ( T1) Fell to ground level Oak (T2) Fell to ground level due to the tree being infected with Acute Oak Decline (Bacterial disease) canopy is very sparse containing lots of dead / dieing branches becoming unsafe. (Photos show multiple signs of weeping dark fluid commonly associated with AOD Oak ( T3) Fell Oak to ground Level due to a large wound approx 1.5m long at the base of the tree which is allowing disease & bacteria in. The crown is also showing signs of decline & could potential lead to complete structural failure.
