Listed Building Application. Removal of modern hard concrete render from exterior and interior walls, from ground level to a metre high on all eight exterior elevations of the building. To take off concrete render from interior walls to the height of the soleplate. To repair and replace where necessary the timber soleplate and brick plinth, insulate within the voids and then to re-render in lime mortar. Make good all soakaways and drains.To install a French drain to a depth of 18" around the property.
