Proposal

Discharge of Condition No. 5 from LA02/2022/0368/F - A final site specific Construction Method Statement (CMS) must be submitted by the appointed contractor and approved by the Council prior to the commencement of any works on site. This final plan should contain all the appropriate environmental mitigation that will prevent polluting discharges entering the adjacent watercourse. The approved CMS shall be fully adhered to for the duration of the construction phase unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Council.
