Proposal
Yew tree on yard facing West End. The tree was planted too close to the stair turret of the Grade II* house, and continues to cause slight cracking in the turret. At about 25 feet high, it is overgrown for its position. The proposal is a 50% reduction by height to be undertaken over three years in accordance with good practice, i.e. reduce the height the first year (Spring 2027) and reshape the following years, giving a 75% overall volume reduction.
