T1 - Silver Birch tree Crown reduce from approximately 12 m to 8 m in overall height, with a proportionate reduction to the lateral crown spread, pruning back to suitable growth points to retain a natural and balanced crown. On the road-facing side, reduce branches currently extending beyond the property boundary to provide appropriate clearance from and above the pedestrian footpath, while maintaining a balanced crown. Remove any damaged or crossing branches as appropriate.
