Strip and store existing roof tiles, remove old felt and lath. Remove existing loft insulation and header tank. Install 300mm of loft insulation. Install new roof felt, lath and fixings. Re-roof using existing roof tiles plus extra pan tiles where needed (compatable with existing tiles - to be used on rear side of roof).
