Fell x1 horse chestnut tree. There is a large cavity and significant dieback in the upper crown causing a major Health & Safety hazard to pedestrians, residents and highway users due to the location of the tree in relation to the pavement and road. Deadwood removal has been completed in the past but the dieback is worse and needs to be removed.

Fell x1 Sycamore and x1 Lime tree. The sycamore has previously been hit by lightning, dieback is present and the overall condition of the tree is deteriorating. The Lime has bleeding canker, is showing signs of phytophora, large diameter deadwood in low, medium and upper crown. Both trees are located next to a set of garages, this poses a threat to the buildings structure if limbs fall. There is also a public footpath within close distance to the trees which poses a health and safety concern to pedestrians if limbs fall.
