T1 Oak. Crown reduce to a height of no less than 14.5m above ground level and to a radial spread of 4.5m east (level with back of tin shed at 28 Fairfax Close); 4.5m south (level with garden boundary fence) & 5.0m west - all final cuts to be made at suitable growth points. Remove sucker growth to a height of 8m above ground level.
