T1. Oak - Reduce height and radial spread by 2m. Current height 16m leaving at 14m. Current radius 9m leaving at 7m. The tree recent hard a large limb failure which subsequently hit and ripped out a further two large limbs which fell into the garage and on top of the adjacent garage. The loss of these branches has left a large hole in the canopy. It looks as though the tree has recently been crown thinned.

Oak (T1) - remove epicormic growth up to 5m. Remove 6 x southern secondary branches as marked on supporting photographs. Reasons for work - excessive shading and encroachment.
