Proposal
Variation of condition 2 on MC/23/1983 to scale down the proposed works from the previously approved extensions, having less of an impact on neighbours & the street scene in comparison to the previously approved design. Omit the approved two storey side extension, retain the existing garage and keep the previous approved single storey flat roof rear extension. Amend the previously proposed openings on the rear elevation of the existing garage from a window to a set of French doors the same width as the existing window.
