To provide clearance over road and car park, T18 Elm Crown lift to 6 m over road to provide clearance over the road, T20 Gleditsia reduce and reshape by 1 - 1.5m, T21 Sycamore crown lift to 4m from ground level to provide some low level clearance, 17 Holly, reduce in height by 3 m to control size.
