City Council Development variation of planning conditions 2, 13, 14, 31, 32 and 36 and removal of condition 25 of planning permission 106133/VO/2014/N2 to allow alterations to site layout (including repositioning of basketball hall, west corner floodlight, overspill car park); elevational alterations to Grandstand and basketball hall (including increasing height of referee box access); and alterations to landscaping. Alterations to operating days to include Bank Holiday Mondays 12pm to 3pm and Good Fridays (only) 1pm to 4pm (condition 31) along with alterations to operating hours of the basketball hall to allow opening from 08:00 on Sundays (condition 32). Condition 25 be removed and replaced with an amended wording for condition 36 to require that the acoustic fence shall be in place prior to the first speedway event taking place at the development and shall be retained in situ for as long as the development remains in use and that it performs at an appropriate acoustic specification including carrying out post completion acoustic testing in order to ensure that this acoustic specification is being met along with any additional mitigation should be this necessary
