Proposal

Replace gullies and waterware, replace plastic corrugated sheeting with Velux roof lights. Replace and add windows at rear of building with flush casement wooden windows. Replace 1950s concrete floors with insulated concrete floor structure to support appropriate flooring. Brick floor in main area. Rewire with exposed metal conduit system, and install WC, hand basin and sink unit and storage area. Replace pent roof on carport with pitched roof, and add foundations to stabilise structure. Retain area B raising the wall Hight to give headroom inside. Retailing pantile roof'. Infill area a main rear door with porch with glass doors and metal roof.
