Proposal

Discharge of condition 7 of planning approval LA05/2022/0247/F:No more than 9 dwellings shall be constructed beyond sub floor level until details of the foul sewer connection is submitted to and agreed in writing with the Council. No dwelling shall be occupied thereafter until the works required to make the connection have been completed and are operational and occupied until a suitable surface water engineering solution and method of sewage disposal has been agreed in writing with the Council and implemented on site. We are submitting the Schedule 6 Consent, landownership details including Folios DN247124 and DN263101 with maps, together with the relevant drainage layout, foul and storm longsections, and the Article 161 Greenland and Statutory Charges maps
